Skweeto ("the Game") is developed by the Developer ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how to contact us. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect the following categories of data:
Account Data: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your display name and a unique user ID. We do not access your email, contacts, or photos.
Game Progress: High score, total kills, games played, XP, coins, unlocked weapons, and selected weapon.
Analytics Data: Anonymous usage events such as app opens, game mode selections, scores, weapon purchases, device type, and OS version. Collected via Firebase Analytics.
Advertising Data: If ads are shown, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID, app set ID), IP address, and interaction data.
Purchase Data: In-app purchase history is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
Camera: The Game accesses your device camera for the AR background. Camera data is rendered locally in real-time only. It is never recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared.
Device Sensors: The Game uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope for the AR Hunt Mode feature. Sensor data is used locally in real-time to detect device orientation and movement. It is never recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared.
The Game uses the following third-party services that may collect data:
Third-party SDK data collection is treated as our collection under applicable law.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with Google (Firebase, AdMob), Apple (Sign-In, App Store), and law enforcement if required by law. AdMob data sharing for advertising may constitute "sharing" under CCPA.
Camera permission is optional. You can deny it or disable it in Settings to use a static background. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted. You can revoke camera access at any time in your device Settings.
The AR Hunt Mode feature uses device motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) to detect phone orientation. This enables gameplay where you physically move your phone to discover mosquitoes. Sensor data is processed locally and never leaves your device. Disabling AR Hunt Mode in Settings stops all sensor usage for this feature.
The Game may display ads through Google AdMob. On iOS, the Game respects App Tracking Transparency (ATT). To opt out of personalized ads:
The Game offers optional in-app purchases including an ad-free upgrade and a coin starter pack. All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information. Purchase status (e.g., ad-free unlocked) is stored locally on your device and synced to your cloud save. Refunds are handled by the respective store.
Game data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and data in Settings > Delete Account, or contact us at support@skweeto.com. Data will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data cannot be deleted as it is not linked to your identity.
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at support@skweeto.com if you believe a child has provided personal data.
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us at support@skweeto.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of AdMob data sharing, disable personalized ads in device settings. Contact us at support@skweeto.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud storage (Firebase/Google Cloud).
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
